Each set varies from 1 to 8 knives depending on your need for:

·  Heavy usage; i.e. butcher chop

·  Medium usage: Daily use by a chef at a restaurant/steak house preparing the beef cuts.

·  Light usage: By individuals in their respective home kitchens and in outdoor cook outs. 

·  A new addition to these could also be used at the dinner table by your guests

The steel of these knives is made from Damascus steel; forged in the near East . These blades have a distinct pattern depicting a flow of water or a rose pattern. There are between 300 and 600 layers of straight laminated billets of Damascus steel that give these blades the perfect aesthetic. 

The blades are tough, super sharp, resistant to shattering and resistant to rust if maintained well. 

The handles are made from natural wood and resin, along with custom made color patterns/design incorporated within the wood or on the blade itself. This gives the overall knife a unique look and feels good to the grip whilst cutting
